E-Com member agencies needing non-subpoenaed copies of audio recordings both telephone and radio please use the form below. If your request is pursuant to the Freedom of Information act, please utilize the Illinois Freedom Of Information Act form located in the links section of this site. There is a flat fee of $25.00 per incident, per CD.  If the request is pursuant to a subpoena, please forward the subpoena to E-Com, 1154 Ridge Road, Homewood, Illinois, 60430.
