In 2017, E-COM handled over 106,000 calls

E-COM provides service for all Police, Fire, EMS, DPW, 911-Emergency, and Non-Emergency calls. E-COM serves a population of approximately 108,000 individuals within these seven communities.

Community Service

E-COM works with the public to educate on the use of 9-1-1 and what to expect. It is through a continued partnership with the community that E-COM strives to advance 9-1-1 education.

Agency Cooperation

E-COM is the back up PSAP for MABAS-24. E-COM is currently a "NCMEC 9-1-1 Call Center Partner" with The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
